A standard, individual in-person session of 50 minutes (in my office or walk and talk)- £50

Double length in-person session- £90.

Couples counselling sessions in person, 1 hour- £60.

Individual online/phone sessions- £40.

I have a limited number of spaces for trainee therapists who need counselling as part of their training. These sessions cost £30.

I also reserve a limited number of places for people on limited income (individual and couples counselling) as I believe that counselling should be as accessible as possible. These decisions are made in discussion with each client.
