I am a fully qualified counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) as well as the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT). Membership of these organisations assures all my clients of a high standard of professional practice .

I am committed to constantly developing my practice and regularly undertake CPD to ensure I can meet the needs of my clients. I have completed additional training in working with neurodiverse clients, working in nature (walk and talk counselling), therapy for survivors of sexual abuse, couples counselling and more.

I also hold a recent full CRB check certificate.
